SHIPPING POLICY

Singapore Deliveries

 

Free shipping Singapore wide on all orders.

Domestic orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days* 

 

We ship our goods using a courier service or via Singapore Post.  You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery.

 

Estilo & Co is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.

 

If your order is urgent please drop us an email and we can assist you.

 

Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for delays whilst in transit.

*Please allow up to 7-10 business days for dispatch during sale periods.

International Deliveries

Flat rate shipping of SG$20 for international orders (excluding customs duties/tax).

 

International orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days* .

 

Depending on the destination some International orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee payable by the receiver. Please be mindful of this if purchasing as a gift.

 

We cannot mark international orders as a gift or lower value in attempt to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

*Please allow up to seven business days for dispatch during sale periods.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective goods and if we are contacted within 7 days of receiving the item. No refunds are offered after 7 days but instead a store credit.

 

We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order however, we are able to offer a store credit. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and is in its original condition.
