By proceeding with your booking at Estilo & Co, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Your booking with us constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out.   • All styling pieces provided by Estilo & Co Events are offered on a rental basis, unless explicitly specified in the invoice or mutually agreed upon for the client to retain ownership.

  • All images herein are reference guides only and details may vary according to availability and party requirements.

Hiring Period / Delivery / Set Up / Tear Down

 

Teepee Tent, Venue Styling, Tablestyling and Picnic Set Ups

Hiring charges are for overnight rental period for a set up in a private residence:

Timings:

Delivery/set up between 9am - 11 am

Delivery/set up between 1pm - 4pm

Tear down is between 9am - 6pm next day​

Please note that our delivery period is between 9 am - 4pm.  At times, our driver will deliver the equipment first during the delivery period and our crew will arrive to do the set up according to the order of our event timings during the hirer's event date.

Our standard set up time is 30 - 45 minutes.

Our tear down for overnight rental is the following day, between 9am - 12 noon.​

The standard delivery period for our services is a 3-hour window due to logistical considerations and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot commit to a shorter delivery window. This 3-hour timeframe allows for flexibility while accommodating potential delays beyond our control.

“Surprise” Set up

In the event that a client requests for specific set-up timings outside our standard delivery period, a fee of $150 is applicable. This is for a "Surprise" Set-Up where delivery timing is scheduled according to the client specific timing requirements.

Set-Ups in a Commercial Outdoor / Indoor Venue, Condo Clubhouses

For set ups in commercial outdoor/indoor venues or condo clubhouses, hiring charges apply for a maximum rental period of 5 hours or for the duration of the event, whichever comes first.

Please be advised that for teardowns occurring after 7 pm, a late teardown fee of $150 is applicable.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON DELIVERY:

Estilo & Co is committed to delivering a smooth and efficient service. However, it's important to acknowledge that our arrival time may occasionally experience delays beyond the expected window due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, which may include:

  • Venue restrictions and limitations related to loading bays or parking availability

  • Building security and registration procedures

  • Simultaneous delivery of services by multiple vendors, which may impact the availability of service lifts

  • Delays when clients have not cleared the set-up area prior to our arrival

Please note that these delay factors may occur not only in your building or event venue premises but also in other building premises where we have conducted previous setups.

Rest assured, we always strive to minimise any potential delays and appreciate your understanding in such situations.

We kindly ask for your patience with our on-site staff, as they are diligently working to provide you with prompt and efficient service.

Luxe Picnic To Go

Hiring charges are for day use and overnight rental period:

    - Day use - picnic kit collection between 11am - 1pm, return by 7 pm same day

    - Over Night - picnic kit collection between 1pm - 4pm, return by 9 am next day​

  • The hiring charges are for the agreed period as per the booking confirmation.

  • Should the picnic kit not returned according to the designated return timing, Estilo & Co retains the right to charge the Hirer for additional time beyond the initial hiring period.

  • Hiring period extension can be arranged, however additional surcharges apply:

        - 75% of the invoice amount for every additional rental period on a weekend (Friday, Saturdays & Sundays).

        - 50% of the invoice amount for every additional rental period on weekdays.

All reservations are weather-dependent. If there's a rain forecast on the picnic day, we suggest customers opt for a dry picnic by either moving to a covered venue or rescheduling to an alternative day or time. Additionally, please be aware that any damaged items during the picnic may incur charges.

In the event of damage or loss to any equipment during the hire period, the customer agrees to pay Estilo & Co the full value of the replacement equipment. Should the replacement value exceed the breakage bond, Estilo & Co will invoice the customer for the remaining balance. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the breakage bond, and any remaining amount will be refunded to the customer within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Postponement:  If the Hirer chooses to postpone the hire of the equipment, no cancellation charges. 

    Notice must be provided no less than 3 days in advance and the rescheduled date is subject to availability. We only offer 1 (one) postponement or rescheduling of picnic event due to wet weather.

  • Cancellation: If the Hirer chooses to cancel the hire of the equipment, cancellation charges will apply. See CANCELLATION section below.

 

Payments

 

Bookings are held upon request and confirmed once booking form is received and  Estilo & Co has invoiced the hirer.

  • To secure your booking, a non-refundable $100 booking deposit is required, which is credited towards the styling/rental charge. Additionally, from time to time, we may require full payment upon booking to secure the event date, especially when we have other bookings on the same date.

  • Full payment of the styling or rental fee balance and a $100 breakage bond is required one (1) week prior to the event date.

    NOTE: The amount of booking deposit and refundable breakage bond may vary based on the total invoice value . The deposit and bond amounts will be calculated based on the total invoice value. The customer will be notified of the applicable deposit and bond amounts at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the booking, and the breakage bond will be refunded to the customer upon return of all equipment in good condition.

    In the event that any equipment is damaged or lost during the hire period, the customer agrees to pay Estilo & Co the full value of the replacement equipment. If the value of the replacement equipment exceeds the breakage bond, the customer agrees that Estilo & Co will invoice the customer for the remaining balance. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the breakage bond, and any remaining amount will be refunded to the customer within a reasonable time frame.

  • Payment options include bank electronic transfer, PayNow, PayLah, Major Credit Cards with Stripe and Paypal.

    Credit Card Payment attracts 3.48% processing fee (Stripe platform)

  • Estilo & Co reserves the right to cancel booking and delivery if full payment / balance is not received one (1) week prior to event date. Full payment at least 1 week in advance is required to confirm set up. Any payment received one day before the event date will not guarantee delivery of your booking as we need to prepare the set ups in advance.  Estilo & Co will not accept responsibility or liability for losses or any other costs incurred as a result.

  • An extra delivery charge may apply if we need to reschedule the delivery or return to the premises once an attempt to deliver has taken place.

  • A $100 refundable breakage bond must be also paid prior to delivery.  This will be fully/partially refunded after collection, depending on damages/losses, if there's any, to the rental items and equipment.

  • Luxe Picnic To Go Bookings - full payment of hire charges including $100 breakage bond is required at the time of booking.

 

Additional Charges

 

These charges are in place to ensure that our team can efficiently provide the best possible experience for you.

  • Beach/Public Park picnics incur an additional charge of $100

  • No-trolley access locations incur an additional charge of $50

  • Stairs only access incurs a $50 charge for every floor.

  • Waiting time from $50 per 30-minute block - for circumstances such as waiting for parties to arrive or waiting for extra time to do teardown. In such cases, a minimum charge of $50 per 30-minute block will be incurred.

  • Relocation of the set up after the set up has been completed will incur an additional charge of $300, and charges will be multiples of this amount based on the size of the equipment/styling pieces to be relocated, and to reset / restyle in another location.

  • For a surprise event requiring set up at specific timings, a charge of $150 will apply.

  • No available parking or unloading point is a distance away from the set up area incurs a charge from $50

  • Moving / rearranging of any furniture incurs a charge of $50/furniture

  • Early Set up or Late teardown charges of $150 apply for event set up that occurs before 7:00am and teardown that occurs after 7:00pm.

Cancellation

 

If the confirmed booking is cancelled, Estilo & Co reserves the right to charge the following:

  • 14-30 days of delivery/set up date - 25% of the invoice amount.  

  • 7-14 days from delivery/set up date - 50% of invoice amount

  • 1 to 7 days from delivery/set up date 75% of the invoice amount.

  • Within 24 hours of delivery/set up date - 100% of invoice amount.

  • The Delivery/Set Up date is usually the day of the function / booked date, unless otherwise specified. Booking Deposit is non-refundable but transferable to hold another date.

  • Estilo & Co reserves the right to cancel your booking in the following situations:

    1. Force Majeure Events: In cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

    2. Venue Restrictions: If the venue presents unforeseen restrictions or limitations that impede the safe and successful execution of our services.

    3. Non-Compliance: If the client fails to comply with agreed-upon terms and conditions, including but not limited to payment obligations, providing necessary event information, or adhering to event guidelines.

    4. Unacceptable Behaviour: If the client engages in rude or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff, creating an uncomfortable or hostile working environment.

      We ensure a safe and respectful working environment for our staff and maintain a positive atmosphere during events. Unacceptable client's behaviour could hinder the successful execution of event services. We emphasise the importance of professionalism and mutual respect in our client-service provider relationship.

    In the unlikely event of a cancellation, Estilo & Co will issue a refund, either in full or partial, depending on the circumstances. Please note that some costs may have been incurred, and these will be deducted from the booking deposit. Estilo & Co, however, will not accept responsibility or liability for any losses or additional costs incurred by the client due to the cancellation.

  • Should your chosen location have cancelled or terminated your booking for any reason whatsoever, no refund will be given by Estilo & Co.  In this case, please contact us as a matter of urgency and we will do our utmost to help you find an alternative venue.

  • Luxe Picnic To Go Bookings - cancellations due to weather are not permitted and fees & charges apply. We rarely need to cancel because of weather and will work with you to find an alternative venue. We know all the best indoor venues that work with our picnics and we highly recommend that you have a plan B.

All information provided to Estilo & Co  will not be shared to others and will be confidential. 

All photographs and content on this website are copyright and owned by Estilo & Co. Please contact us if you like to use any photographs or material as any unauthorised use of photographs and material is prohibited.

Receipt of Delivery

  • The Hirer is responsible for accepting delivery of the equipment and accessories.

  • The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from equipment being delivered to an unattended premises or location as requested by the Hirer.


Positioning/Setting up of Equipment

  • The Hirer is responsible for clearing the area prior to set-up e.g. moving of heavy furniture and clearing of any breakable items. Extra charges apply for any furniture to be moved or rearranged by our crew.

  • All floor areas must be clean from dirt and dust before setup commences.

  • The Hirer is responsible for indicating clearly the location of the assembly or dismantling of the equipment. Estilo & Co team will take every care, but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, site access, furniture or personal belongings. 

 Use of Equipment and Accessories

  • The Hirer is responsible for checking the quantity of hired items against the invoice/booking agreement upon delivery and should contact Estilo & Co immediately to advise of any discrepancy or damage discovered.

  • Damage to Hire equipment and accessories during hire period use is the responsibility of the Hirer and the Hirer agrees that repair or replacement charges for damaged equipment and accessories

  • The Hirer should not attempt to repair the equipment and accessories without prior consent of Estilo & Co.

  • Pets / animals must be kept away from the  equipment and accessories due to some children having extreme allergic reactions to animal hair (which is not always easy to eliminate despite thorough washing).

  • All equipment and accessories are for indoor use only as they are not water-proof.


Cleaning

  • A cleaning charge will be applied to any equipment returned dirty at $25 per piece of equipment. This will apply to all hire equipment and accessories.

  • Linen does not need to be washed by the Hirer, however if it is returned stained or excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will apply.

  • All hire equipment, accessories and linen need to be returned dry.


Insurance

  • Insurance is the Hirer’s responsibility during the hire period.

  • The Hirer is responsible for the security of the equipment and accessories at all times during the Hire period.

  • Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment and accessories will be charged to the Hirer at full replacement value.


Liability to Third Parties

  • Estilo & Co will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to the hirer's property.​

WEDDING STYLING - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions:​​

  • All styling pieces, decor and accessories are hire items only.  

  • Client may provide reference images for the desired event styling. The final styling will be as similar or closely resemble to the reference pictures as possible, but may not be an exact match. We use these images as a guide only - any variations in respect of elements may occur. Estilo and Co will use reasonable efforts to achieve the desired styling, but cannot guarantee an exact match to the reference pictures.​

  • Estilo and Co. Events reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the event styling on site, if unforeseen situations arise.

Hiring Period / Delivery / Set Up / Tear Down

  • Unless prior arrangements are made, hiring periods are:

1) For Set Ups at Home - Hiring charges are for day use or overnight rental period: 

- Day Use - set up between 9 am - 12 noon, tear down by 6 pm same day

- Over Night - set up between 1- 4 pm, tear down between 9 - 12 noon next day

Set Up Time: Client must provide adequate time for the setup of the wedding styling, including the placement of all elements, furniture, and décor. Set up period will be agreed upon by the client and Estilo and Co in advance.

Our tear down for overnight rental is the following day, between 9am - 12 noon.

2) For Set-Ups in a commercial outdoor / indoor venues, hotels, condo clubhouses

 - Hiring charges are for 5-hour rental period only.

    -Delivery/set up between 9am - 5pm and tear down latest 11 pm

  • The styling and hiring charges are for the agreed period as per the booking confirmation.

  • Hiring period extension can be arranged, however additional surcharges apply:

        - 75% of the invoice amount for every additional rental period on a weekend (Friday, Saturdays & Sundays).

        - 50% of the invoice amount for every additional rental period on weekdays.

Set Up Time: Client must provide adequate time for the setup of the wedding styling, including the placement of all elements, furniture, and décor. Set up period will be agreed upon by the client and Estilo and Co in advance.

Late teardown charges apply for event teardown activities that occur after Estilo & Co business hours or after 6:00 PM.  Teardown activities are defined as the dismantling and removal of event décor, materials and equipment at the event venue.

  • Postponement:  If the Hirer chooses to postpone the hire of the equipment, no cancellation charges. 

  • Cancellation: If the Hirer chooses to cancel the hire of the equipment, cancellation charges will apply. See below.

 

Note on Delivery:

Estilo & Co aims to provide efficient delivery, however please note that arrival time may be delayed beyond our stated window due to issues that are unforeseen or beyond our control:

- Venue restrictions, loading bays/parking availability

- Building security / registration process

- Multiple vendors delivering at same time slot; availability of service lifts

PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH STAFF THAT ARE ON SITE. THEY ARE WORKING HARD TO SERVE YOU IN A TIMELY FASHION.

Payment

  • A non-refundable minimum booking deposit of $500* is required to secure your booking (this is credited towards the package rental charge) and full payment of the rental fee balance and $200 minimum breakage bond is required one (1) month prior to event date. 

    NOTE: *The amount of booking deposit and refundable breakage bond may vary based on the size of the party and equipment hired. The deposit and bond amounts will be calculated based on the value of the equipment hired and the number of guests attending the event. The customer will be notified of the applicable deposit and bond amounts at the time of issuing the invoice. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the booking, and the breakage bond will be refunded to the customer upon return of all equipment in good condition.

    In the event that any equipment is damaged or lost during the hire period, the customer agrees to pay Estilo & Co the full value of the replacement equipment. If the value of the replacement equipment exceeds the breakage bond, the customer agrees that Estilo & Co will invoice the customer for the remaining balance. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the breakage bond, and any remaining amount will be refunded to the customer within a reasonable time frame.

EVENT EQUIPMENT HIRE SERVICE - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.     Any damages or losses incurred to the rental items are chargeable for the replacement cost. a. The replacement cost includes the original purchase price or the current market value, whichever is higher, plus any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

2.     The customer assumes full responsibility for the rental items from the time of delivery or pickup until the items are returned to Estilo & Co or its partner vendor(s).

3.     It is the customer's obligation to inspect the rental items upon receipt or pickup and report any existing damages or issues immediately to Estilo & Co.

4.     The customer shall use the rental items with due care and in accordance with any provided instructions, guidelines, or safety regulations.

5.     Any damages or losses caused by negligence, misuse, improper handling, intentional acts, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow provided instructions will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

6.     In the event of damages or losses to the rental items, Estilo & Co Events Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card on file or invoice the customer for the replacement cost.

7.     Estilo & Co will assess the damages or losses to the rental items and provide an itemised invoice for the replacement cost within a reasonable timeframe.

8.     Estilo & Co will address any disputes regarding damages or losses in good faith and strive to reach a fair resolution.

By proceeding with the rental, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated in this invoice disclaimer.
