The hirer is responsible for assessing and monitoring wind and weather at all times. In the event of strong wind, rain, or unstable conditions, umbrellas must be lowered or removed immediately to prevent damage or injury.
By hiring our beach umbrellas, the hirer accepts full responsibility for their safe use during the hire period and agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability, claims, damages, or injury resulting from misuse, improper setup, or weather-related incidents.
In the event of loss, damage, breakage, or irreparable wear to the umbrella, accessories, or weights during the hire period, the hirer is responsible for covering the full replacement or repair cost as determined by Estilo & Co.
