3. Installation surface must be level and dry

4. Two-way delivery charge (drop-off and collection) is $150.

5. Self-collection and return option is also available and can be selected at checkout under Delivery Options.

6. A refundable breakage bond of $100 is applicable for this rental piece. This bond is added to the “SHIPPING” amount during checkout.
